I'm having an issue with Outlook not updating the current visible folder (sometimes slowly, sometimes not at all).

If I move to a different folder, then back to the original folder, all the new emails quickly fill the folder.

These PC's worked fine with Exchange previously, so I'm wondering if it's somehow a Kerio issue? (running Connect 8.1)

It is probably bug in Kerio Outlook Connector.

Hi I have the same problem.
i happend after upgrading my outlook. but i downgraded it againe but it doesn't work the same anymore.

i'm running kerio connect 8.2.1
outlook 2007

but i don't recieve any mail at the most of the times. sometimes i get the emails after a few hours or i have to close outlook and start it again after a minute. then i have to wait a minute and then i get all the emails again.

do you have a solution for it?

i tried already to uninstall the outlook connector and install it again but no changes..

the kerio outlook connector stays on 83% synchronize/ inbox (17 emails)

This issue should be solved in Kerio Outlook Connector 8.2.1. If you suffer by this issue even in version 8.2.1, contact Kerio Technical Support, please.

Hi i have 8.2.1 and still the problem. i uninstall kerio connector and install it again on the desktop comp. but still the same problem.
