We do business as several different brands and we have a few domains set up in our Kerio Connect server. I've turned on Instant Messaging and enabled "Allow users to send/receive messages to/from people outside of the domain. I've set up the appropriate SRV records and when I check service accessibility I get green checks for everything except XMPP ping (btw, is that a problem?).

I can log in to the IM server just fine with any user, but they only see their peers within their domain. I have to manually add the other domain's users one by one to each contact list. Is there a way to automate this or have everyone show up in everyone's list by default?

The XMPP ping test verifies if your server can connect to other XMPP servers and also if other servers can connect to yours. This is essential for communicating with people from domains not hosted on your server. The red tick usually means that port 5269 is blocked on your firewall.

Currently there is no option or an automate way how to synchronise people from multiple domains into one contact list. This looks like a good oportunity for 'Suggest Idea' button in WAM.

Cheers,
