1) Is there a way to set the default font and size in the new Kerio connect interface?

2) If someone sends mail to a user, but entered the wrong address, the auto-complete then has the wrong address each time they start to type the person's email address. How can a user delete just the wrong auto-complete entry from the new Kerio connect interface?

Hi John,

1. No this is not possible sadly. It would be really useful but this cannot be done. We do have a suggest for this, if you use the 'Suggest Idea' button in your Web Admin you can increase the vote for this feature.

2. This is possible but not the easiest of tasks. If you navigate to the store directory (store/mail/[domain]/[username]) there is a folder called '__wm__autoCompleteContacts' and within there you will have a folder called '#msgs' which stores all the addresses the user manually types in. You will need to go through there, find the incorrect contact, re-index the folder with the server stopped and then bring Connect back up and it will re-index the folder.

I hope this helps,
Vicky

Hi Shine,

You need to post this in the Control forum as this is a thread for a different Kerio product.

Please go to the Control forum and list it there.
