I have a public address book of sales reps that I was able to see in OL 2011 before version 8.1 and now I cannot get it to show up. Windows OL uses are fine and it shows in Connect but no OL 2011 Mac clients can see it. We upgraded to 8.1.1 and that didn't help. Any ideas?
The server is Windows 2008 R2.

i know we are having issues displaying iCal information for a few days after each upgrade for no apparent reason (upgraded to 8.1.1 x64 from 8.1.0 x86 on Saturday and still waiting for them to reappear).

I have seen a few other posts on here which suggest the same thing

Please unsubscribe your public folder (if possible), start Outlook logging and set server logging (see http://kb.kerio.com/article.php?id=1053).
Then try to subscribe it again (even if the Contacts folder is not displayed in Folder Browser, the request is sent and the log is useful) and send us the log.
Is Contacts folder displayed in Folder Browser?
Send us also status.fld and index.fld from Contacts folder.
Do you have Public folders unique for each domain or global?
Was there any change in the configuration recently?
Thanks
