I'm using Kerio Connector with Outlook 2007. I occasionally need to reply to e-mails from our Support address rather than my personal work address. It is quite painful to go to Tools|Options|Kerio Connect|Customize Sender..., change the email, send the reply, then go and change it back again.

I thought I might be able to use Outlook VBA to get around this. I tried this:

Public Sub ReplyAsSupport()

Dim oAccount As Outlook.Account
Dim oMail As Outlook.MailItem

For Each oAccount In Application.Session.Accounts
    If oAccount = "Kerio Connect (KOC Offline Edition)" Then
        Set oMail = Application.ActiveExplorer.Selection(1).Reply
        oMail.SendUsingAccount = oAccount
        oMail.SentOnBehalfOfName = "support<_at_>address.com"
        If (oMail.ReplyRecipients.Count > 0) Then
            Call oMail.ReplyRecipients.Remove(1)
        End If
        Call oMail.ReplyRecipients.Add("support<_at_>address.com")
    End If

End Sub

but it doesn't seem to work. Is there anyway to create a macro to change the Kerio Reply-To and/or E-mail addresses? Preferably, as above, on an individual reply basis? (i.e., I'd like to have a "Reply as Support" button in Outlook)

I know it is somewhat bad form - but I'm bumping this, because I'd really like to be able to do this.

Is it possible, or should this become a feature request?
