Some users have a forward set to copy their mail to their personal email address, this works when the mail originates from the local domain but if the mail originates from outside it is not forwarded instead an error is produced.

Result: failed, Status: 5.3.2 550 Not permitted , Remote-Host:, Remote-Host-Name: smtp.btconnect.com

Result: failed, Status: 5.1.8 550 Not permitted , Remote-Host:, Remote-Host-Name: smtp.btconnect.com

We use B.T. as our ISP that is why it is a B.T. domain rejecting them. I have enabled SMTP authentication, the domain has a fqdn, what am I missing. I have tried this both as a forward from the web console and as a filter rule on a per user basis neither work.

I'm not sure but maybe it has something to do with http://www.openspf.org/FAQ/Forwarding
