Public folders.
When a user sends or answers an email from a public folder, the sent mail ends up in his personal sent folder.

How can we set it up so that the emails sent or answered from public Folders can be displayed to all Users which rights on Public folders?

Thanks

Hello,

This cannot be done easily unfortunately. The only thing you could do is create a public mail folder and have the users manually place a copy of any sent emails they do from the public folders in the public sent items. By default Kerio will always place emails sent by a user in the users sent items and there is no way to change this behaviour. Feel free to use the 'Suggest Idea' button in the Kerio Web Admin to list this as a feature request.

All the best,
Vicky

Instead of public folders, we changed to using mailing lists. This solved a lot of problems, and allowed more control over the flow of messages. Not sure if that will help your situation or not, but might be worth looking into.
