We recently upgraded to Kerio 8.1.1 and we're having issues in particular with one account, that is exhibiting strange symptoms. When logging into Kerio Connect Webmail 2 it takes a remarkably long time (compared to other accounts), and when it does open, the list of messages do not appear in Kerio Connect Client, instead the account has to be flipped to Old Webmail in order to display any content. This particular account is also having issues connecting via ActiveSync to Android, it takes several attempts before the ActiveSync account can be added, and if it does, the list of messages stays at Loading. The device has been left overnight, and there is no progress. I have tried this with multiple devices and mail clients in Android, including the default Android mail client and Touchdown. I've added the account in iOS, the message list didn't appear until 8 hours later. I've successfully managed to log in as other users into Kerio Connect Client and connect via ActiveSync devices without issues.

I have attempted the prescribed Rebuild Mailbox in Kerio Connect Administration, but that result returned no corruption in the mailbox. Unfortunately I'm at a loss now as to where to proceed at this point.

The newer webmail is much more server intensive (i.e. needs more horsepower or just raw speed of overall system) If this user's mailbox is large (many gigabytes) that could be one part of the problem.
