We are running Kerio Connect 7.3.2 with Outlook 2010 using the KOFF. The first time our users open outlook after logging in it takes a very long time for Outlook to load. Sometimes 5+ minutes. Once it is open the first time and you close it, and make sure the KOFF process terminates, you can open outlook back up and it loads in a matter of seconds. Most of our computers are XP but I have verified that it happens on Windows 7 too. I have tried with our AV on and off and it doesn't make a difference. I used ProcessMon to see what was going on during and it shows the KOFF process reading from the cache directory. I realize that is necessary and larger mailboxes may take longer than others but why does it take so long the first time and fly through any time after that? Does anyone know of a way to speed this up?

Thanks,

I have tried all of the items in the KB article and it made little to no difference. Even tried running outlook in "safe mode" and no difference.
