We have been running kerio on our server, MacPro, for around two years using one primary domain.
Our regional offices now want their own email domains, so instead of having their current email address, mark@zyz.com, then now want email]mark<_at_>zyzscotland.com[/email].

I have set the A record on DNS to the same IP as the original primary domains IP, and done the MX record as well.

Then I added in the domain in kerio and created a mailbox mark@zyzscotland.com. I then sent a test email to mark<_at_>zyzscotland.com.

I must be missing something as when I type in mail.zyzscotland, com and login it takes me to mark<_at_>zyz.com instead.

Do I need a separate fixed IP address with BT for each of the domains? Or am I missing something else.

Any help would be appreciated.

Use the full username (mark<_at_>zyzscotland.com) for login. If you use only "mark" it will log you into the primary domain (if the password is correct, of course).
