I enabled DHCP : ( to ) , I want to Create a Rule So that each pc enters the network allocates a speed of 30 kbps .

(I use kerio 7.3.2 )

Im using v8.1 but the concepts are just the same

First create an IP Address Group (ex: name it "TurtleIP") . Add IP Address in that group and use "Address range" in Type Property. if you feel like adding 100 IPs one by one, feel free to do so Razz

Then create a user (ex: name it "DaUnfortunate"). Then in user's IP Addresses Tab, check the IP Address Group check box, and point it to the IP Address group "TurtleIP" you have just created.

Go to Bandwidth Management and QoS

Create a Bandwidth Management Rules;
- put a name
- Set the traffic by double clicking it, choose the "selected Users / Group" and use the User "DaUnfortunate"
- Set the download and upload speed.
- Set the valid time (if you setup some Time Ranges)

That's it..
