hi everybody!

im using kerio 6.7 on win server 2003, and i have 21 user and i have define daily, monthly and weekly quota for them. but its not working at all. i mean everything is ok but their traffic and their usage is not logging so there would be no limite for them. what is the problem? whats wrong?

Welcome to the forum!

Your version of Kerio Control is quite old. At least 3 years.

I would recommend you to upgrade it to the latest version released for Windows (7.4.2) and see how you go.

Do you mean that the version is the problem? So because it is 6.7 then it is not working? You mean that 3 years ago there was no user quota control?

If i upgrade my software is it posiable that i could keep my current data in new version?

Hi vvaahhiidd,

I'm not saying that.

It is just heaps easier to troubleshoot with you have your software up-to-date.

And yes, you keep the current settings after upgrading.

No need to say that it is always a good idea to have a good backup of it before any kind of upgrade.
