Hi All!

Several users complaining that an IE 10 update yesterday made it so that they can no longer drag emails from the main window to any of their folders. They can right click and select "move" but they can no longer drag and drop. They are able to drag and drop in Firefox.

Any confirmation that the IE 10 update broke this functionality? Is this something that will be fixed in an update?

Thanks!

Hello!

Can you find out the version number of IE10 thats causing this please? I've done some testing with the current version I have and it all works for drag/drop. Are you also on the latest Connect 8.1.2?

Hope that helps!

Hi Jriley25,

After re-testing this I have not been able to reproduce this issue with 10.0.9200.16635. Could you please let us know which version of IE you are using.

All the best,
Vicky

Another test is, what happens if you temporarily revert to the original webmail, are you able to drag emails then?

Thanks for all of the replies. Unfortunately, the users who are experiencing this issue are out today and I have no access to their machines. I will update when I have more information on the specific version they are using.
