Hello,

This is my situation:

Software Maintenance expiration date: 2011-11-09 (expired)
Product expiration date: Never

My version is Kerio 7.3.0 build 5623 (server side)

We have recieved new laptop's with Windows 8 and Office 2013, can I upgrade my server for the ver 8.x with a Expired Maintenence ?

Hi

The short answer is: No.

You are only entitled to free software upgrades and technical support, as long as your license is valid and current.

You will be able to upgrade to the newest version that your license covered, which is the version that you are running, but to get the newer versions you will need to renew your license.
