HI there,

need help please.
we using kerio control 6.7

somehow user can't access to any google sites (google.com, gmail.com, etc). I try to ping www.google.com but come with result no destination available.

but when I try to ping on the server, everything goes fine, also can't access to any google sites via web browser.

need help please.

check your http policy in your HTTP RULE page. You might be filtering http traffic. If you have policy that denies all access (at the bottom), you need to create rule that allow a certain page to pass through..

Also, check your traffic policy.. You need to add HTTP service in your NAT policy.

There were some issues with Google over the weekend. Have you checked to see if this is now working again?

hi all,

I'll check for the setting when I go to the client site, since I can't remote to them.
but, if I need to declare certain http, then I need to declare many http rule, needn't I?

for google down, don't know if this related or not. but the time is different, isn't it?
anyway, thanks for information Smile
