I am using kerio outlook connector and I have configured my kerio email account on microsoft outlook 2010.
I have created a sub-folder under the outbox.
for some reasons I had to remove the account and reconfigure it again, but I was surprised to find that the folder created under the outbox was gone.
Can you please help me how to get it back or where can I find it.
K have searched in the kerio store folder but I found nothing.

Hi, Sakr and welcome to our forums!

A quick and easy way to see if the folder was created is to look in Webmail/Kerio Web Client, since that reflects everything that the server is aware of.

It's possible that the folder you created was in Outlook only, but for further investigation I'd recommend you speak to Support for further advice.

If it was created in Outlook only, where can I locate it on my HDD ? And what format should it be? Is it a pst file ?
