Sometimes users get voicemail on their phones that they want to transfer to another user/extension. Is it possible to do now? I hoped to find something in advance voicemail options, but it is not there.
If such feature does not exist, can it be added to a future release?
Thank you,
Peter

I checked documentation, but did not find what I am looking for. May be I did not explain it correctly.
I would like to have a feature that would allow me to listen to voicemail on my mailbox, but then transfer that voicemail to another extension. In other words, I want to allow another user to read this particular voicemail.
I envision another prompt under Advanced options to say "To transfer this voicemail to another extension press 4" After user dial 4 another prompt would say "Please dial extension" After user dials extension, voicemail disappears from his box and appears at another user's box.

Thank you,
Peter

Hi,

that's exactly what option "8 - Forward message" does. While listening to a voicemail, press 8 to forward the message to someone else. You'll be prompted with "Extension" to enter the other user extension. After doing that, the message will be forwarded & deleted.
