I have a small issue concerning accessing my voicemail.

I have a SNOM 370 configured, and everything is working fine, except for the voicemail.

Voicemail is enabled at user-end and enabled in Kerio.

But when i dial voicemail (50) from a registered user (user 100) sorry, this number does not exist. When i look in the call logs i get a "forbidden" messages

Please help!

Are you able to call other extensions? Did you do anything with the call permissions?
