Im using Kerio operator to access and manage user voicemails, extentions, etc. My users will go to phone.mydomain.com and login to view their visual voicemail and check missed calls when they are out of town. However, if they are outside of the local network and try to access that url they immediately get a 403 forbidden error before even getting a chance to log in. Is there a port I need to open to allow them access when outside of our network? Thanks

You may want to check the settings you have in Configuration > Network > Firewall.

In there, do you have Web server restricted to local clients?

Hi,

Are you sure you mapped the port 80/443 correctly through your firewall? Contact me at fjenicek<_at_>kerio.com and provide me with the url. I will check it out.

Also please send me a support info file. (Click a link at the bottom of the System Health screen)

Best
Filip
