Hi,

Is it possible for the administrator to activate outgoing fax service for all users?

I would like to to have Enable sending faxes from Operator Cleint set to On for all new users.

Thanks,

ft.

That's a good question.

I'm guessing you'll need to submit a feature request, though. Or, using the scripting functionality via SSH.

Hi,

I'm afraid that it is currently not possible.

The send fax button is hidden by default, because it is not used so often and we didn't want to clutter the interface with features. In addition, to be able to successfully send faxes, one must use a provider with T.38, so the button won't work for everyone.

Of coarse you can always suggest an idea using user voice.

Out of votes & so can't post new ideas Crying or Very Sad Crying or Very Sad Crying or Very Sad

For info, I just used my last votes to request a 'Call Queue Administrator' who can see/control call queues but not have access to anything else in admin screen. We have users who often forget to log out and a Call Queue Admin level would be v useful to us.

Thanks,

ft.
