My customer has front desk with three ladies working as a team answering calls, checking in patients, etc. Sometimes they answer a call, but have to put it on hold for various reason. If they see that they can't come back to that caller on hold, they may ask another person to pick it up. But, is there any way for another person to pickup that call (that is on hold on another extension)? Or is there a way to return call into queue, but put it in position number #1? Any other suggestions how to deal with it?
