For the longest time I've been trying to get the Kerio webmail to work with Windows' mailto links.
A little bit of searching today and I found the following link to a Mozilla developer page that should at least allow me to register links if they're clicked in Firefox.
Has anyone had any luck with this? I'm currently having difficulty as Firefox forces the registration page to exist on the same domain as the mailserver.
I found this, looks like a simple registry setting in Windows. Should be easy to put in Kerio instead of the examples.
Create a .reg files with the following:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
where (BrowserExecutable) is replaced with the complete path to your browser (ie. C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe) and (Parameters) is replaced with the appropriate line for the mail service as described below...
Yahoo Mail "http://compose.mail.yahoo.com/?To=%1"
Netscape Mail "http://webmail.netscape.com/compose.adp?mailto=%1"
Mail.com " http://mail01.mail.com/scripts/mail/Outblaze.mail?composeto= %1&compose=1 "
Opera Web Mail " http://mymail.operamail.com/scripts/mail/Outblaze.mail?compo se=1&did=1&a=1&to=%1 "
