We seem to be having some serious issues with Operator 2.1.4.

If we make a call (or receive a call), if the call duration is more than 10 minutes or so, the call abruptly drops. It can vary from 9 minutes to under 11 minutes.

Also, people have been complaining that they cannot call in to us.

We were not sure if this was related to our ISP, or Operator, so we flashed Operator back to 2.1.2 (what we were running before upgrading to 2.1.4), and have been successfully been able to make calls for about 20 minutes in duration.

So it does seem to be Operator related,... somehow..

there were no changes in Asterisk between versions 2.1.2 and 2.1.4 which could be related to what you experience. It seems more like a coincidence.

Are you able to reproduce the issue anytime? If so, can I suggest you to contact our technical support and provide them with the following details:
1. Enable debug logs: asterisk, asterisk(detailed), sip
2. Start a packet sniffer
3. Reproduce the issue - make a long call
4. Generate a support info file (click a link at the bottom of the System Health screen)
5. Provide us with debug logs, packet dump and the support info.

With the above files, I should be able to tell why the call ended.

Hi Filip,

I've had to put our Operator back to 2.1.2, however we have a demo system that's currently at a prospective client that's been updated to 2.1.4 (although they haven't made any calls over a few minutes). When it comes back I'll be able to test it more thoroughly and get the info to technical support to see what's causing it.

I had read the Operator release notes, so I was very reluctant to point the finger at Operator, but it has become better after going back to 2.1.2.
