I just updated to 8.0. After updating, I tried to access the new Kerio Connect Client from the email that the server sent me. I am not able to access the web page (https://mail.domainname.com/).

I can still however use the old link to get the old webmail (https://webmail/webmail/login/). It still works.

What am I missing?
Thanks.

The email uses the internet hostname whereas your old link refers to some local name "webmail". Try to use https://webmail/ for login.

The internet host name does not work - https://mail.ourdomain.com/

I did try your suggestion and that took me to the old webmail.

This is something you need to discuss with your network administrator.

Do you see the "New Kerio Connect client" link at the top of the old Webmail? If not, then you're probably using old (unsupported) browser. Or your MS IE is not configured properly - http://forums.kerio.com/t/23425/no-link-to-switch-to-new-web mail-in-ie10-
I also recommend to upgrade to Connect 8.1.

I am the administrator. Not sure why it doesn't work.

The new webmail does not work in IE 8 or IE 9.
Sorry was hoping that was it.
