Recently bought a new laptop with Office 2013 Home and Business and cannot get Kerio to work with this. When i install Kerio and go to add an account it does an update but still does not work afterwards. Installing version 8.1.2 to start with.

The Kerio account is listed on the left side but when you click on it, it pops up with this error (attached PNG).

Any help to resolve this would be appreciated.

"Doing an update" means that your server is not version 8.1.2 and the client is doing a downgrade. Probably to a version which does not support Office 2013. Please make sure that the server is 8.0.2 or higher and install the exact version of Kerio Outlook Connector. You can download it from Kerio Connect client web interface.
