I have one user with this problem, and only in the last week this problem has happened. When he creates a new calendar event and invites someone his phone keeps sending multiple copies and wont stop until you turn off the phone or disable phones data service.

I have got user to do a factory restore on their phone and still same issue. Any help?

Hi There!

Just a thought, you might want to remove the device from the user's Kerio account. You can do this if you right click on the user in the Kerio web admin, and select 'More Actions' > 'Mobile devices' you can then delete it from here.

I'd then delete the account off the phone and re-add it!

if this fails, you may want to raise a support ticket though.

Hope this helps!

Hi Vhunter,

What version of Android is the phone running? As you need to make sure the version of Android is supported by your version of Kerio Connect. Also have you tried using a caldav connection for the calendars to see if this helps the phone to behave?

All the best,
Vicky
