I know there were issues in installing MS Outlook 2013, but I can't seem to find any out of office assistant. Even the auto reply stays greyed out. Anyone have an idea or do we just have to go to the webmail?

Thanks- J

Hi J,

What you will want to do is use the 'Out of Office' feature with the Kerio Offline Connector. So you will need to go to the Kerio Connector along the ribbon in Outlook and go through the settings to which there should be an option for 'Out of office'. By setting it there it will sync to the server as if you were setting it in WebMail.

I hope this helps,
Vicky

Thank you Vicky-
Issue was that I couldn't even see the Kerio Outlook Tab anymore. Turns out she inadvertantly turned off the Kerio COnnector Add-in at some point. Once I enabled the add in, I was able to add the tab and you can see the OOOA on both the HOme tab and within the Settings in the Kerio Connect Tab. Good to go.

Thanks- J
