Hi,

We are running Kerio Connect 7.4.1. A client recently got a Windows 8 computer, and I couldn't get Kerio Outlook Connector to work on his computer. He is using Windows 8 64bit, with Office 2013 Home & Business 32bit. When I try to configure the account, it gives me the following message:

This email account cannot be configured. Run Outlook and select this profile before attempting to make changes to it.

Please advise, thanks.

I don't think Win 8 is supported unless you're using version 8.x of KC

Hi,

zebby is right. Outlook 2013 isn't supported by Kerio Connect 7.4.1, only from 8.0.2

Please upgrade your version to the latest 8.1.2 - > http://www.kerio.com/connect/download

All the best,
