Hi everyone... i'm using the last version of kerio control and connect..

Kerio connect is installed on a virtual machine since from the first day and all seems to be functionally good... buit this morning i can receive but i can't send mail.

First the mail was returned back with message w├╣rong authorization: i create rule in control ti permit IP server connect to permit traffic in and out.
Then mails starts but.... don't arrives to the destination address.

Control says me this note:

[14/Aug/2013 03:00:03] IPS: Packet drop, severity: Low, Rule ID: 124:5 smtp: Unknown command, proto:TCP, ip/port: ( ->

Anyone can help me?

Thank you

What might give you more information as to why or if Control is dropping the Connect traffic is to enable some debugging:

- Login to your Web Admin
- Go to the debug log and right click in the right hand window
- Select the option messages
- Enable 'Packets Dropped for Some Reason'

Once you have done that you can then try sending a few emails and see if the traffic is being dropped as this loving will show the source/destination IP addresses so you can filter out the Connect servers IP address. I would suggest doing that as the IPS log you submitted may not be related but this debugging may help show if is or isn't or is something else.

I hope that helps,
