Outlook 2013 has the ability to have multiple exchange accounts in one profile. But if you put in a Kerio Outlook Connector account first, then add in an true Exchange account, the default mail store goes to the true Exchange Account and you cannot put it back to the Kerio Outlook account.

Is there a better method for using Outlook 2013 with Kerio and connecting to Exchange servers?

Hi,

There is not really a way to get these 2 account types to work together correctly as they both want to be the default message store. We have had customers in the past by sheer luck manage to configure both accounts and have it work, but there is not a way to have a KOFF account and an Exchange account in the same profile. If you did need access to both then I suggest one of them would need to be an IMAP account.

All the best,
Vicky

Vicky,

As this is a feature that Outlook 2013 supports, is this something the Kerio will have implemented in a future release of Kerio Connect?

Hi,

It is something that is listed as a feature request but it is not something that is possible at the moment. Best thing you can do is increase the vote for that suggestion by going to the 'Suggest Idea' button in the WebAdmin.

All the best,
Vicky
