i install kerio control to protect my network but i can't connect to mail services, i use pop3 connector to receive email, how can i do?

I know this is simple, but make sure your internal interfaces are in the Trusted/Local section and not the Other section.

POP connectors are outbound services, so I'd focus on the rule that controls your outbound connections. Based on the information that you've shared, it does look to be configured properly.

There is also the chance this isn't a Control issue. Perhaps the POP server doesn't like the new NAT'ing.

i don't understand what your mean clearly, so you can tell me what do i must do, i try a lot but it not work!! if i remove kerio control i can recieve email. could you tell me more detail how can i solve the problem, step by step. this is the first time i try to use kerio!!! thanks for your help.
