Hi,

I have a little problem regarding configuration profiles on iOS.

The Situation:

I've been assigned to create a mobileconfig file for the MacBooks/iPhones/iPads in our company.
The goal is for the user to just enter his/her credentials and everything is setup as needed.

I know Kerio has its own mobileconfig, but ofc thats missing settings like VPN, Wifi etc.
I created a cfg with the iphone configuration utility that includes mail and caldav from kerio and some other settings.

Right there lies the problem. after entering the correct login/mail/pass for the mail account, the iphone fails the test and offers the option to retry or ignore.

If ignored it's working fine, but it's pretty annoying since many users have no IT background and simply give up.

It seems this is not a iOS bug, since this problem is not present with other mail providers like gmail, gmx etc.

Any help is much appreciated.
