When I connect to my IMAP account using Mozilla Thunderbird I get the following peculiar thing... Along with my Inbox, Junk E-mail, Deleted Items, Drafts, and Sent Items folder, I get another folder labeled "~myaccount<at>" (with my respective details of course) that is in italics and gray type, under which the same folders and contents appear. The only difference is the INBOX which is displayed in caps (under ~myaccount<at>

I would like to correct this issue. Entourage 2004 displays the folder correctly, so does Eudora (for OS X) and Mail (OS X). Of course this could be an issue with Thunderbird, which I'm looking into also. By the way, everything worked fine between Thunderbird and all 5.x versions of MailServer.

Also, is there a way to change the defaults that Mailserver sets for the junk and trash folders? I would like to rename my Junk E-mail folder to "Junk" and Deleted Items" to "Trash".
