Can you remove the default option of block outgoing calls ON for a new setup?

I think any Operator admin would agree that eventually they turn this off. Just one extra step that would be nice not to "forget." Smile

Do you mean the time limit in the Security section? Maybe we could increase it but I'd leave it on.

Yes the one that limits max number of outbound calls and max time of outbound calls. By having it set to 50, most companies 5+ employees could easily make 50 calls. Or exceed 2 hours of time in a period. I understand the thought behind this, but if you have good security, good SIP passwords, and hide your Operator behind Control (or any other firewall) then you should be protected.

This security switch has bitten me a few times. Sad

OK, but what would be reasonable limits for the type of company you describe?

OK, fair question. I would say for a 10 user Operator, give them the ability to have max 100 calls / hour (basically a multiple of 10 based on number of active users) and do the same for max duration? 1 hr * # of users ... 10 users would get max 10 hours / 24 period?

I understand the need for this security restrain, but I do agree making it more lenient would best suffice.
