We have a self signed security certificate created in Kerio, and this has been running correctly for several months. However, this AM I have a Outlook 2010 client that refuses to display Free/Busy information, and this client has seen it in the past.

I rebooted system, still no go, I reinstalled the security certificate by following the steps here: http://manuals.kerio.com/kms/en/sect-sslinstall.html, however I still cant get outlook to see free/busy information.

If I remove SSL under Server Details, I can see free/busy information.

Not sure what's going on. Any ideas on where to look?

Hi NixIT,

There a few things you can check:

1- Check that the KOFF connector server address matches the server address in the SSL cert
2- Make sure when you install the SSL cert in the Cert Root, on a windows system you will need to browser to this while installing the cert
3 - Make sure the KOFF server address is not an IP address

I hope this helps,
Vicky
