Hi all,
i'm using Kerio Connect 7.4.3 and Blackberry Enterprise Server Express (5.3) with Kerio Blackberry Connector. Everything is working fine, but suddenly all the devices stop receiving and sending mails, I have to restart all the BESX services and Kerio conector's service for the devices start receiving again. This is happening so many times that we have to configure the BBs device as a regular POP account for this.

Have you had this error? could this be because some limitation on the BESX? or maybe some connector problem?

Thanks and best regards,
Alberto Medina

This is likely the BESx controller stopping due to multiple crashes. We experienced these problems many times with our BESx KCB config until we just gave up and moved to ActiveSync. I strongly recommend you move away from BES with your Kerio server. They stopped supporting it a while ago, and it's likely the reason why no one replied to your thread. I know this probably isn't helpful, but consider it advice from a former BESx Admin with many grey hairs...
