Hi folks,

the integration with KC is a very nice feature.

But: I would love to have the possibillity to set an email address that ist not 1:1 a KC user (aliases, groups or even external addresses) for certain KO users.

Example: team mailbox with voicemails delivered to a group.

Any chance to see this soon?

Greetz an keep up with this promising product!

Hi,

The integration only works with a physical inbox into which it inserts messages over IMAP. This does not work with e-mail aliases.

You could use the standard (SMTP) delivery instead.

Hi Vladimir,

thank you.
I love the integration and I understand the reason why a physical inbox is needed.

I would only suggest the possibility to mix integration in physical inboxes and delivery per SMTP where no physical inbox is given.

That would give us a better match with real live scenarios.

Thx and greetz

Yeah, we use a general mailbox as a catch-all, which we were hoping to forward to a group somehow. No dice. But in our case, just the receptionist and her backup need access to this, so we just added a second IMAP account to their email application for the general mailbox user.

Hi blswjames,

we've a similar workaround here for the moment. But in future it would be nice to have the option mentioned above Smile
