We had a problem with clients reporting that we sounded underwater when speaking on Yealink phones. After speaking to Yealink for about a month and trying both the T-20P and T-28P handsets the problem appears to be that the Ptime needs setting to 20ms, rather than the default of Disabled.

We are using an updated Kerio Operator and used Auto Provisioning and had this issue. I couldn't find anything on the internet that helped me so I thought I'd create this just in case anyone else is having an issue with Yealink phones on an Operator server.
