Hello.

One of our clients is having a recurring problem where mail keeps disappearing when they are moved from the INBOX to another folder.

Almost all of our clients are Mac users, but at this client they use both Windows and OS X.

As i understand the problem, sometimes when a mail is moved from the INBOX to any other folder, the mail disappears completely and can't be found. If we log in to the webmail the message has been moved and is where it is supposed to be.

This client uses Windows 7 and Outlook 2010 with Kerio Offline Connector and i wanted to see if anyone here has seen this or could point me in the right direction.

This does not affect everyone so i'm not sure that it's a Kerio problem, but it started efter they moved from Exchange server to Kerio.

The Server version is: Kerio Connect 8.0.1 build 1028

Thank you.

Hi,

You may need to clear the cache on the Outlook connector. You can do this in control panel, mail, email accounts. double click on the Kerio connector, go to the maintenance tab and click empty.

let it re-sync.

It's also worth considering upgrading Server to the latest version (8.1.3); and making sure that the client OS and Office are fully
up-to-date.
