I have a requirement to copy a folder from one mailbox to another.

If I copy the folder to the new mailbox then go to the admin pages and click on repair index option in the new mailbox, the folder does not appear when the new mailbox user starts outlook or webmail.

Can you tell me how to make this folder visible in the new mailbox

Hi,

You may also need to remove the specguid.fld file from the root of the users folder. You will need to navigate to the users folder and either remove or move the specguid.fld out of the users folder. This file will regenerate itself and sometimes it will come back straight away and sometimes it can take a few minutes or so. Give that a try and preferably when removing the specguid.fld have the Kerio Connect server stopped.

All the best,
Vicky
