Dear All, Please help:

I am running Windows 7 and Outlook 2010. Yesterday the server was updated to 8.1.3 and this morning one of the client pc's tried to do the automatic update, but failed with various issues as detailed below:

1. On the first attempt at the update, when outlook was first run, the automatic update kicked in and tried to install 8.1.3, but failed with the error "Cannot create C:/Users/User/App Data/Local/Kerio/Kerio 8.1.3/blah, blah blah/" (Not the exact error!)

2. Downloaded the .exe for 8.1.3 and it either runs and crashes out with no error whatsoever or errors out saying another installer is running despite no processes or apps in association with kerio running at the time.

3. Tried this is safe mode, as administrator, with the exe, msi and auto updater - nothing works. So now we are at the stage where we have un-installed the old version of connect, we have the auto updater still installed, but cannot get the 8.1.3 installed whatever we do...

Any tips much appreciated.

Paul
