We added our forst Android mobile device today... When the Exchange account was added it required the device to have a passcode. When I look through my mailserver.cfg setup it looks as though that should not be the case. What am I missing here? The end goal is no not require a passcode. Thx

The server does not enforce PIN or password on mobile devices. The most likely reason is that the device is doing something wrong. Is it a supported device?
