Hi all

In our institute we use Kerio connect to book instruments such as microscopes. I have been asked if it is possible to export the resources calendar so we can provide billing information to each user on a monthly basis.

Has anyone had this request before? and is there a solution?

All responses will be gratefully received.

Kind regards

Marc

Hi Marc,

You might be able to do this with an email client or calendar client. This is not possible with the Kerio WebMail/Connect Client unfortunately but if you can get an email client to export it to a CSV file then Excel will be able to read that.

What platform are you on, Mac/Windows?

All the best,
Vicky

Hi Vicky

Thank you for getting back to me. I have found that if I use Outlook for windows then I can change the view of a calendar to a list then copy and paste to excel. However we are mainly Mac here so I had make a virtual machine.

Do you know of any other mail / calendar clients that would give you a list view with duration column for events ?

Marc
