I have come across a problem. We use the Operator integration for voicemails and while that works great, we found this morning that those voicemails don't get archived in Connect.

That really should be fixed!

Kerio Connect archives all messages processed by the server's message queue. Ie. emails sent to the server and then delivered to local mailboxes. It does not archive emails inserted directly to user folders from email clients (eg. from IMAP client) because such emails were not processed by the message queue or delivery engine.
