I've been trying for days to get this to work.

domain is mail.customer.com
email address is customer<_at_>customer.com
mail host is mail.mailserver.com

dns srv records:
_autodiscover._tcp.customer.com 0 0 443 mail.mailserver.com
and I've also tried
_http._tcp 0 0 443 mail.mailserver.com

dns cname records:
autodiscover.company.com mail.mailserver.com

I'm using the testing tool found at https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com

but I can't figure out what to enter where.

Any help?

I'm not sure if Kerio supports that method.

Try the subdomain style:
http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-connect/server-configurati on/ssl-certificates/how-to-configure-an-environment-to-enabl e-autodiscover-feature-with-kerio-connect-870.html

EDIT: Sorry I see you did. Maybe check to ensure that the SSL certificate is valid for the auto discover domain?
