Hey everyone,

I'm experiencing an unnormal behavior with a user regarding the sender address feature.

On Kerio Webmail and Outlook 2010 with KOFF, everything works as it should: In the Kerio Ribbon under Settings>Sender address, the user enters the alternative credentials, and mails are sent with the "From:" address provided.

But this doesn't work with the only user who works with Outlook 2013. The options dialog shows the sender address entered by the user (and this also seems to sync with the webmail setting which is nice), but whenever he sends an e-mail, the From: header contains the primary address connected with his account name (i.e. username<_at_>domain).

Does anyone else experience this? Since I don't have an Outlook 2013 installation handy, I cannot research deeper into this, and the user is sitting 1000km away from me.

Kind regards
Nico

Hi Nico,

Could I check which version of Kerio Mailserver you are using?
