I have a user email production<_at_><mydomain>.com - whenever any of the other staff receive an email from it the email appears directly in Trash and cannot be restored. This happens on webmail and Outlook.

Anyone have a the faintest clue why?

This is Centos 6 running connect 8.1.3, behaviour was also present in the last two versions also.

Thanks

Graham

Hi Graham,

As a first port of call, I'd take a look in the Operations log. that should give some clues as to what is causing this behaviour.

Check the Mail log for code 2.1.5 - that would indicate that the email has been received, but is being moved by a rule.

It would also be worth checking any server-side rules that might be moving or deleting the email.

I hope this helps.

All the best,

Neil.
