Dear All,

Please can one assist me with this.

I am using Kerio VPN client to connect to server using a windows 7 PC. I am getting this error "unable to register VPN connection"

If I uninstall the software, restart the computer and install it back. I am able to connect successfully.

Do anybody know any tweak or reason how this can be fixed

Hi Swapnil,

Have you checked your logs on the Kerio Control end for clues?

When you are able to connect successfully (after uninstall etc...) when does it fails again? Or it does not?

Please clarify.

All the best,

Jonas

Hello Jonas,

There are cases found when VPN Client comes to this error.

1. When internet connection is lost and after that you have clicked dissconnect button. Next time it will throw the error.

2. When you shutdown your computer without disconnecting vpn client. On next login it will throw this error.

3. Also I have found some random behaviour when the vpn client will throw this error.

n.B : I am using windows 7 OS.

Hi Swapnil,

In this case I would advise you to Submit a Support Incident at -> http://www.kerio.com/support

Scroll down the page and follow the steps.

If the issue is with the VPN client it won't be discounted any of your free tickets.

All the best,

Jonas
