Having a little issue getting Kerio to reflect that we renewed our software maintenance. In years past, after renewing, we've just had to do a "update registration info" and it has pulled down the correct expiration date. This year, after renewing, that doesn't seem to be working properly. At least, not entirely. When going through the registration update, it does show the correct date (September of 2014). However, after finishing, the Kerio install still shows that it's expiring this month. I've tried it multiple times, verified license number against our invoice, etc.

Is there anything I'm missing?

Call Support. Not reflecting the correct expiration date should be a fee-free support call.

Hi all

We had a problem this week with the registrations systems, but this should now be resolved. You should be able to update the registration information with no problems now.

If you still have a problem, then please raise a support ticket. As MarkK mentions, as its a registration issue it will not count as a chargeable incident.

I hope this helps.
