Local machine: A user is running KOFF and Outlook 2013, 32-bit, on a Windows 8 machine. The Kerio server is 8.0.1 build 1028. Machine was manually "patched" to support Outlook 2013 according to the available instructions.

Unfortunately, when clicking OK to add the new mailbox to enable calendar sharing, it throws an error in Outlook (MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND). Tried clearing cache for the profile/account with Outlook closed.

Debug log shows this:
[12/09/2013 10:36:21.453](6904){err}{mapi-interface} In Service\ConfiguratorCONFIGURE.cpp:216 (ConfiguratorCONFIGURE::applyConfiguration)
[#1] (common) Exception of class HResultException: Service\ConfiguratorBase.cpp(563), ConfiguratorBase::createProviderOfDelegatedMailbox:
0x8004010f MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND

Any suggestions?

Hi allandb, and welcome to the forums!

You should first upgrade to Connect 8.1.3 as this has better support for Outlook 2013.

Secondly, you will need to uninstall the connector, re-install with the 8.1.3 version (once you've updated the server) and create a new Outlook profile.

this should then work. if not, I would raise a support ticket so we can help you further.

I hope this helps.
